When I am called to confirm this reservation, I must submit my credit card information to secure the reservation. I fully understand the estimated costs. If I cancel without 72 hours notice, Noto's will charge $60 per person to the card. I further understand that there is no guarantee which member of Noto's Executive Chef Team will be featured in The Cellar or the Restaurant for the Chef's Table.
